One of the biggest challenges Agile teams encounter is the ability to plan forward. This leads to problems with prediction of the work completion and management of stakeholder expectations. As Agile software development welcomes changes even late in development, there is a widespread misconception that predictability is not possible in Agile environment. We will break this myth and we will show that using the right tools and setting the right attitude in people, the mission to gain predictability in Agile environment is possible.

Teodora has been in the software industry for 15 years – she started as a developer and went through almost all roles involved in software project implementation. As a project manager, Teodora has successfully applied both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Throughout her career Teodora has always been interested in examining the human behavior and in analyzing the project success factors related to processes and people. This is how her love for Agile was born, first as a mindset and attitude and afterwards as established practices and flexible process. Agile is her real passion now and her goal is helping software development teams navigate through real world challenges, identify problems, areas of waste, impediments to deliver and collaboration. she works with teams to improve their processes and working environment by adopting and implementing Agile practices.
